Extremely Professional
The gentlemen that came to drill the well were extremely nice and professional. Unfortunately, one of the office staff is rude and does not understand the building process for a new home. We were quoted the work for the well drilling, well pump and pressure tank. Before all the work was complete, they placed a lien on the property for an invoice that only covered the drilling portion. Not best practice when all the work in not complete. Update: The owner Jacob called me personally to apologies for the situation and removed the lien.

I Can't Thank Crabtree Wells Enough
Have worked on this for 4 hours today to finally get clear water and lots of education on how a well, pump, and reservoir works! I can’t thank Crabtree wells and Todd Christensen enough for their swiftness and patience with me as well as the education! Todd was a wonderful person(and Charley loved him to pieces!!)
